It has only been one freaking month and i felt like it has already been few months since i last did my workout. Damn shag sia........
Need to start again and that's what i did. Did 200 push ups and my whole body was aching. Will be heading down to the gym tomorrow with Alvin. I'm also building up on my fitness level for my football practices.
And her birthday is this coming sunday.............what shall i do??

What you need to do is....
