Went to Genting last friday and just came back last night. It was an exhausting bus ride back. Almost 8 hours sia wat the fuck. Luckily our bus was quite comfy so i guess it wasnt dat bad afterall. Overall, the trip was fun. Casino, cool weather, ~~the theme park~~ and great company. I tink the most important thing when u go for a trip is having great company. Went to Aloha Changi on tues. Had plenty of fun but too bad, not alot of ppl came down. It was all abt the food, booze and the music. Ok, maybe its more of the booze than anything else hahaha. Oh ya, i brought down my solid speakers for the music and luckily hana brought her lappie along. Of coz, me being me, i played the gd stuffs(gd stuffs = house, techno and trance). In fact i was the dj in the house ar saaaaaaaaaaap......

Been feeling less than 100% the past few days. Throat's porched, nose dripping, body aching. But, i have taken measures to prevent it from escalating. Took panadols and the tiny yellow pills for flu. Tell u, the yellow pills can really knocked u out, even until u wake up the next day. I tink i had one margarita too many haha.

Monday's gym was kinda off. Yesterday played badminton with hafiz and his brother. Felt better after dat. After dinner, we lepak at his area. As usual, we talked bout alot of things. And dun worry fiz, i'm not going to spill any beans here eh.

So gonna head down to dbl o later. Gonna knock myself out later, rest the whole day tmr and hopefully *fingers crossed*, i won't fall sick.

Had a terrible game yesterday. Was deployed as a left winger. Didn't manage to get much foothold in the match. Was quite frustrated. I think that my days of playing as a winger is finally over. Damn....the thing is i still have the pace to burn but perhaps it would be better if i utilise my talent as a defensive midfielder and play like Gattuso wahaahaahaha. He wears a no 8 jersey for AC Milan and so do i =D

So, after the match, went straight to Vivo to meet up with lydia, fana, dhash and her new ~~beau~~ friend. Had dinner at Earle's Swensen. Had the sirloin steak and dats all im going to say bout it blueeeaarrghhh!!!!! Anyway dhash, he's my kind of guy *winkz* Not that i'm gay or what lar. Just saying he cool u noe =D

After dinner, felt like drinking. But as usual dhash has to go home early so she left, Sakthish left and fana oso left. So it was just me and lydia. We decided to chill out at cafe iguana, again. My gd bro Hafiz joined us a while later. Tell u, i'm hooked on to the margaritas lar.....wat the hell.....but its just so nice..and i feel uber happy after i drink it hahaha u can ask lydia and hafiz. They can vouch for dat =P

Anyway i just got this new Ferry Corsten cd. Solid electro house and trance music. I'm hooked to it.....woooooo!!! Just makes me wanna party man. Too bad not alot of my friends are not into these type of music. Oh well.....

So, i was suppose to go gym today but cannot make it. Hang out late last night. Went to cafe iguana for some margaritas *slurps*. They are awesome by the way.

Woke up in the morning and msg Azlan dat i couldn't make it. Instead i played badminton with my gd bro, hafiz. I have decided to play badminton once a week. It is surprisingly fun, in a sports way, i tink hahahahaha. I think its better than playing football cos u will get to work your whole body =D

Tmr got football match at changkat changi sec school with my PLTAW team. We playing against Fake Madrid FC. Bought some footie wear just now. Finally got myself the skins wooooo i'm gonna run with the wind sia like this haahaahaaha. Also not forgetting the shin pads and ankle guard. Yeap, all geared up for tmr. Prolly gonna be playing as a winger. Gotta play smart too. U can't use up all ur energy in the first 15 minutes cos its gonna be frenetic. Anyway, i think i might have tweaked my hamstring but i think im gonna be fine. Been icing my hamstring and shin from just now. I'm so injury prone, if u guys dun already know.

The bangkok trip that i was planning before, well, had to cancel that. Pushing it to the end of the year. Reason? Couldn't get anyone to come along. Only me and izhar could make it. Wat the fuck!!! But of course, some of them had various ~~excuses~~ reasons. And being an understanding person like myself, i'm cool with it.

So the hols is already in its 3rd week. Still got another 6 weeks to go. Gonna make it a fruitful one, whatever it takes. Anyways, been thinking bout alot of things for the last few weeks. Almost started emo-ing, but of course i didn't. In fact, i told myself to fuck it. Be happy, do whatever i want and enjoy it. Simple. Now is the best time cos im single!! Nothing much goin down this holiday. Been goin to the gym with a new gym partner, Azlan, who is also my nie classmate..great guy to talk with and u can just talked just about anything under the sun...oh ya, he was so excited when he saw the new makan place at NTU. Went to Khatib area yesterday for a game of paintball. It was fun i tell ya..but of course the fun comes with the pain. No joke bout the pain man..i got his on my hamstring and it hurts..the others suffered some minor cuts and bruises but we'll live...

Went there in mamu's ride. Luckily i called him and asked..if not i would be walking there myself and its quite a distance..

In the midst of all these ~~hoola boola~~ exams and assignments, i have thankfully find time to continue with my fitness and diet routine. No matter what happens, i have to go to the gym. Call me a freak or wat but it has come to a point where if i dun sweat it out at the gym, i won't feel gd...and i just can't get enuff of squats woooooo!!!

Food wise, i've been trying hard to control myself from binging on the good stuffs...well, i'm still sticking to the protein shakes., chicken breast, tuna and wholemeal bread...dun ask me how the tuna tastes like..i even thought of making tuna shakes hahaha..and i just can't seem to shake off the baked potato...dammit..its just so nice lar...i will eat anything that is made of potato actually haha..a gd thing i stopped on the fries, mashed potato and chips...

Just watched the pilot episode of the new nbc tv series "Heroes". And i love it. Since "Lost" is over for now(waiting for the 3rd season, woohoo), i got another show to watch. For those who loved x-men, you will love this show. I recommend everyone to watch the first episode. The 2nd episode will only premiere on the 2nd Oct. Fitness First

Met up with ed on saturday. Brian and ks got something on. Went to Fitness First. We were both impressed with the club on the whole. And unlike California Fitness, Fitness First has 450 clubs worldwide. And the one thing we like about it, it is not packed like California Fitness. There is crowd control also so that is a plus. There is also a swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms. With the membership, there is no limitations to what you can or cannot do. And there will also be a club at ang mo kio and buona vista sia. Good for all of us. Definitely one for us to seriously consider. Once everyone is financially organised and stable aight. And one more thing i like, the motto: A strong mind starts with a fit body.

Had a gathering last night at my grandma's place. It has been a while since i last saw my relatives, cousins, nieces and newphews. Well, most of them have grown up and some are taller than me lor. Good food, good time all around. And seeing that i am one of the oldest children there, i spoke to some of my cousins, asking them about their academics and what not. Understandably, some of them were shy to talk lar but its ok lar as long as they who i am that's fine for me. I mean, we're family. Think it's important to keep relations strong and alive. Came back home around 11.30pm last night and felt tired but the funny thing was, i managed to muster some energy to watch a movie haha. Well, that's not the point. The point is i teach for almost 7 straight hours at 3 places. Its not that i'm not used to it lar but come to think about it, it is stressing me out. Exams are coming and some of my students are just not serious enough. I do have faith in some of them and i'm trying my best to make sure the others don't falter along the way. What else can i do sia? I'm doing all i can, honestly. I'm continuing from my bro, Wayne(ks) left of. He also going through the same thing lar. Well, my only consolation is that i can bitch to him about it and understands it hahaha. But one thing i don't understand is, he likes to hang out in friday nights hahaha just kidding lar bro. Tell you what, after exams are over, i'll be free every friday lar so we can hang out more. Well, just to reiterate that point, i'll be meeting my bros this friday(tomorrow). Still thinking about where to hang out sia. The thing is on me lar cos i need to confirm with them my status on friday lar so bros, sorry. I'll try to confirm asap aight.... I'm on antibiotics right now to kill the infection on my under arm. If everything goes well, then i don't have to go for the surgery. So for now, i'll be going for my wisdom tooth(all 4 btw) surgery on the 15th. Now, say the antibiotic finally works, then i don't have to undergo the surgery but i have to go back camp for another 13 days. Hmm..... When i think about it, its not too bad. Cos i don't have to tahan all the pain of going through the surgery cos i went through it once last year and it wasn't all haha hehe.

I don't understand why most teenagers nowadays are not motivated to do well in their studies. I'm teaching 3 secondary kids and they lack motivation. Totally. Well, good news for them, i'm their tuition teacher. And also, i see teenagers hanging out everyday after school instead of going back home to do their homework. I don't understand the point of hanging out when you're like only 13 or 14. Even 'N' and 'O' students are doing the same thing. Go back and prepare for your exam!! After the exams, you got all the time in the world to hang out. I keep telling my students that. Why worry about not enjoying life now? Wouldn't it be good if you're good looking and smart(or intelligent)? Not everyone can be so lucky. Usually those intelligent people are ~~ugly~~ not good looking while those who are good looking aren't that smart. Well of course and luckily there are exceptions. Word of advice to teenagers(you know i'm talking to you), take a good look at yourself(or your life) and decide whether you want beauty without brains or what. Just don't regret at what you choose and trust me, if you choose the right one, you won't regret.

A sinking ship

All sorts of things are happening now that i'm getting ever more closer to my ord date. Can't wait for that. But in the meantime, there are few problems that needs to be resolve. Firstly is my health issue, which is getting way way overboard, especially with all the physios, medical and dental appointments and not to mention falling sick too often. And the second issue is my work commitments. Now, the thing is my surgery(i may need to go for 2 surgeries) may clashed with the LRI preparation period. The surgery is scheduled next month. If i go ahead with it, i will leave my understudy without much of a help. Honestly speaking, the place is going down. I hope i'm wrong cos if i were to leave before LRI, meaning the LRI preparation will not be complete and that everything is just going to self-destruct. I'm not the kind of guy who leaves his resposibility to another person but if time calls for it, then i guess i have to.

Went to visit my cousin at Changi Hospital after i heard that he got into a motorcycle accident on thursday. From what i've heard, he broke his back bone and had major cuts on his face. But after seeing him yesterday in the ICU, it was just too hard to take. I couldn't control my emotions. Even now, when i'm typing out this, my tears are rolling down my cheeks. His battered image keep appearing before me and i can't control my tears. The doctor said that the chances of him being normal again is 2%. Most likely his lower body will be paralyse. And he still doesn't know this. All of us are not going to take away his spirit to be normal again. To see your loved ones in such conditions is heartbreaking and hard to take. And the fact that he is my closest cousin. Eversince we were small, always had something to share. My only regret was that, i hadn't seen him for two years. After yesterday, i have a different perspective to life. You can never take your life for granted. It is your only life. You have only one chance to live. And don't take the love given to you for granted. Always remember that in this life, anything can happen, be it good or bad cos life is too fragile to be ignored. The Last Stand

Watched X-men: The Last Stand last Saturday and it rocks lor. Contrary to what most X-men comic readers said, i think it was quite good for me or for my own standard. But got some twists, unbelievable twists by the way. But i would recommend everyone who had watched the first two installments to watch it. The only problem i had with the movie was the duration. Even the X-men 2 last 2 hours plus lor and you would expected X-men 3 to be longer. Oh ya, and wolverine cried twice in the movie haha. Da Vinci Code was quite disappointing by the way. Not as good as the book and i think the book was much more exciting than the movie lor. And i heard that they are planning to do a movie on 'Angels and Demons'. I think this would be much better. I hope *fingers crossed* Poseidon on the other end was turn out to be alright if you're looking for some action. When you're talking about good acting and good plot, then its not a good movie for you. To me, the graphics was good and the action was there so it was alright. No A-list actors/actresses in the movie though =S The Benchwarmers is a very lame movie but still funny lar. Still can have a laugh but once u leave the theatre, you'll forget bout it. Been having this uncomfortable thing going on around my under-arm area. Had an operation a year ago to me remove a swollen lymph node on my under-arm. And now its back. For some of you guys, perhaps it may just be a lump but it is not. What i know is that there is an infection going on and that my body's immune system is doing its best to counter it. Met the specialist last week and he told me that most likely have to go for another operation. Funny thing was, when i saw him last week there wasn't any pain or swollen but one week later, this thing started. So i made an earlier appointment which is on the 17th of this month(two weeks time) to see the specialist again. Oh ya, the specialist did say that if the lymph node is affecting a nearby nerve, it might cause a mild paralyzation. And i was reading through the internet, some were saying about HIV lar, cancer lar. What the fuck. I'm feeling paranoid, i can tell you that right now. This Saturday is Polling Day. So who will you vote for? Luckily for me, i don't have to vote. And so are the people of West Coast GRC, Jurong GRC and Hong Kah GRC. Looking at how things are shaping up, the opposition looks to be in this with a fight. But then again, the same thing was said last time but in the end, the PAP still won it, convincingly. This time, could it turn out to be different? 7 April was Nomination Day. Seven GRCs were uncontested, giving the People's Action Party 37 seats in Parliament. This meant that the PAP was not returned to power on Nomination Day. All nine contested SMCs are seeing straight fights as are the GRCs. So, what does this mean? Nothing much really. The PAP just needs a few more seats to form the government again. I got nothing against the PAP. In fact, i'm glad they were and are the government. Because of the them, we are where we are right now. But a few opposition in the parliament would not do any harm now would it? Some of the issues raised by the opposition are good ones where the government(or the PAP) should sit down and ponder about it. But some issues, like the upgrading of HDB flats and lifts are not that important per say. These upgradings are what the government must or should do. We don't have to ask for it to get it. And you know what, we even have to pay for it. In which the opposition said that the people should not pay for the upgrading which is true lar. Last night, i was watching Channelnews asia, and they showed some of the speakers from last night rallies. I must say that i'm disappointed with some of the speakers from the opposition. They can't speak well. And when you compare them to some of the PAP speakers, there is just no comparison. The PAP members can speak well and emphasize their point. I'm not saying that all the opposition can't speak well because some of them can really speak. But for the opposition to move on to the next level, they need good speakers and one who can move the people. So, i'm calling all voters to vote for who you think will bring a brighter future for you, me and everyone else.

I'm sure most of you guys know about the progress package given by the government. Isn't that great? Of course it is. Now we all can get what we have always wanted to get. Ipod lar, new handphones lar, digi cam lar. Just to name a few. And for some, time to get loose and party. Siao ar. This money won't last forever so think before you spend. For me, if i was given this amount for money abt 3 years ago, i would have spend it in less than a month. Nowadays, i think the money can tahan for a while. But some people(and some of my friends) they can be very generous with their spending at times. I think we all must learn to save uo for rainy days. So my suggestion to everyone is to write a list of things you need to get and things you want to get. This is my list: Things i need- 1. A new set of facial products. 2. Necessary toiletries(shaver,nasal hair trimmers,sunblock etc) 3. A few pairs of boxers. 4. Body supplements/vitsmins. 5. A new bag. Things i want- 1. An Ipod Nano. 2. A digital camera. 3. A new handphone, Nokia 7370. Now, this is my short list of things i need and want to get. Firstly, I will get all those things that i need. Got an injection of pain killers in the ass today. And it still hurts, as we speak. Went to NUH this morning. Woke up with a cramped back and that was it. Had to somehow make my way to NUH A&E instead of camp. Spend a total of 4 fucking hours there. I don't understand why when its my turn to report sick, alot of emergency cases walk into the clinic. But anyways, there was a first encounter of anal-ization for me. As we all know that i have this back problem (which thankfully was not serious) and so the doctor ask me to lie on the bed and turn sideways, with my berms down. He told me he was going to do some tests. He slip open my boxers and anal-led me with his fingers. CB......it fucking hurts man!!!! It was just to check my tail-bone and thankfully it was ok. But seriously, it hurts lar. Worse, it was a male doctor. Wasted, should have been a lady doctor sia. Word of advice for girls, don't have anal sex. It hurts. Guys, if you're lucky, good for you. Then later, come the jabbing part. Was told to take some pain killers and i thought they were pills. The nurse then told me that i would be jabbed on the butt. WTF. I was like,"Ok". "But why on the butt and not the arm?" She said,"Oh, because the concentration of the pain killer is very strong and a jab on the arm would be quite bad." Alrighty then. Too bad the nurse wasn't a hotty. One jab and my butt cheek became numb. The good thing to come out from all of these, my back pain lessen. K THANKS BYE.

Have been going out on every Saturday for the past month. And you've guessed it. I've spend quite alot of unnecessary stuffs especially cab rides. And one advice to all clubbers, don't spend anything if you mood is way off. Yup, last night i went dbl O with my camp mates. Had a couple drinks and thought the night was going to be great although i was sweating like hell inside. Actually i was at the O bar but it doesn't look like a bar to me lor. It was super crowded and worse, got alot of sikhroks there sia. I heard that they were from the Cheeky Monkeys, which by the way has disappeared from the surface of this planet fortunately. Then i saw one girl(a sikhrok, a gd looking one i must add) who i made eye contact with. And she was damn nice lor. Eye contact is important in this kind of places. She was with another girl so i approached them and asked whether they were alone. Then you know what the friend said? "Our boyfriends are here." Like what the fuck. Then, that's it man. Time to rocket off. And then i found out that she didn't have a boyfriend. The thing was, she was heavily guarded by some guys. At the end, while we were outside, i saw her with her friend taking a cab. And again, eye contact. She knew i was checking her out. Oh man, should have gotten her number lar. Fighting the demons

Haven't been blogging of late due to my busy working schedule. It's just work after work after work. I think some of you all know what i do nowadays especially after booking out from camp. Think i'm getting an organiser to make sure that myself in check and that my plans will work out. For the first time in my life, i'm finally gonna make good use of an organiser. Almost feel sick on thursday. Went to the gym with Alvin on wednesday and woke up the next day to a bad sore throat. Those kind where you know that a fever and flu is coming. That feeling sucks. But then, i fought against it. I was not going to succumb to the sickness. And so i fought. Friday, still got the sickly feeling. My whole body felt so weak and lethargic. And still i fought. Saturday morning, went to the gym with Alvin and work my ass off. Maybe i shouldn't have but i did and i felt great, surprisingly. Went back home, pop a few pills and slept. Because i had to go(see that i use the word 'had' Brian) to Liquid Room to celebrate Brian's B-day. And he is finally 23 everyone hahahahaha. Brian got wasted. Like totally man. That was the first time i see him puke. 4 times somemore. Should have taken pics hahaha and make him the laughing stock. I had a few drinks and this morning, i felt better than i did on thursday morning or even the last few days. Its only the first month of the new year and i'm almost burn out. What the fuck. Didn't have the best of start to the new year. Lost a hundred bucks to a betting game and woke up to a bad sore throat. Stupid liverpool, should have score 1 more goal and i could have win the money. And the sore throat is probably due the drinks i had on new year's eve. And the situation at Esplanade, cannot make it lar. You could hardly breathe. No more Esplanade next year, or the year after that. Sheesh. Must find a good place to chill out with my friends for the next new year's eve. Brian look cool but c'mon dude, you don't wear like that on new year's eve. Worst part is, look at what i was wearing. Total contradiction lor. And don't forget the fag flip flops from New Urban Male. Brian has this thing against gays that sometimes, when he sees them he would go,"ppbbt, fags." Well, in truth, he's ok with them. I look cool too right. Some of you may ask,"Wassup with the glasses?" For all your info, i have perfect eyesight and the glasses are degree-less. I just wear them to look more cool and smart, can? Met up with Anthony yesterday. We went to Ikea because he wanted to get some stuffs. And you can see that he got himself the ikea shopping bag too.
Had a bad dinner and just chill out. Walk around Anchorpoint. And guess what, i found a Men's Expression outlet there haha. For some reason, Anthony became very curious about such female products. Wanted to hang out at someplace cool and in the end, it wasn't a good idea to go to Pasir Panjang Village. The place is dead people. Unless you happen to have a friend who stays around the area, don't go there. Alrite Brian, i'll call you next time. If i have money to buy over the place, i will and change it into the 2nd MS. I'm serious. Anthony enjoying a can of green tea with peach while i sat beside him with a bad sore throat =( In the end, we just sat at the opposite bus stop and chat for an hour plus. New Year Resolution

So, the new year is coming and as usual, we always have a new year resolution, or in most cases a list of new year reolutions. Things that we plan to do but never always done. And i'm sure this will still be the case next year for most of us. Perhaps, we should really try to achieve what we set out to do at the start of the year. Starting with 2006. So, this is my list of new year resolutions for 2006. 1. To ORD peacefully. 2. Open another bank account(not to be touch) and start saving, seriously. 3. Get my driving license. 4. Hopefully i can start giving out green packets during hari raya to my younger cousins, nieces and nephews =) 5. Start planning what i want to do after national service. 6. Clean up my room as often as possible. 7. Be fit. And make sure that no one says,"You go to the gym? Don't look like it leh." I guess that is all for now until i can think of more. Wow. 2005 went by just like that. How time flies. Its funny though, how i got through 2005 without doing anything worthwhile or anything that i want to do =( maybe i did and perhaps it wasn't anything significant. One of the few things that i'm looking forward to next year is my ord, which is in Oct but i hope to clear my leave and offs in Aug. So, the period between now and then will be quite stressing because i have to start planning what i'm going to do after i ord =( And not to forget my list of things to do in 2005, if you guys haven't notice it yet, it is at the side bar, the blue drop down box. Lets run through it - My list of things to do 2005: 1. Get Driving License(next year *fingers crossed*) 2. Be more metro(checked) 3. Get abs(err..not physically possible for me right now) 4. Damn tired right now. Just came back from a very bad day(actually, i just came back after my gym workout and dinner with Alvin). But today damn suay sia. Some bad things happened today: Went to camp today and this guy asked me why i brought such a big bag(it's not big) to work. I told him that i was going to the gym after work. Then he said,'You go to the gym?? Doesn't look like you go to the gym leh.' -_- That just set me up for what was going to happen later. Why do people go clubbing? There are obviously many reasons to do that of course. But in my humble opinion, there are only 2 reasons why people go clubbing. To have fun or to ~~find someone to fuck~~ get laid. For me personally, i go there to have fun with my friends. You could also make new friends and most importantly of all, to free yourself from all sorts of problem you might be facing and just enjoy the night. And when i say enjoy, i really mean ENJOY!! I don't know why some guys have the idea that if they go clubbing, they can find girls to fuck. Ok, maybe you want to get to know girls. That is fine but to get laid. C'mon guys. I know some guys who are this cheap. And not surprisingly, they usually get what they want. What's wrong with you girls, ladies or whoever. Maybe they were highly intoxicated by alcohol. I can also get intoxicated at times but i don't go around fucking guys, or in my case, girls. But whatever the reason, people are getting cheap nowadays. I'm not sure if i have come across any stupid or annoying blogs but after reading this piece, i realised that i did come across such blogs. Hopefully mine is not classified under the annoying/stupid category by some bloggers. I started out blogging for fun but then it turned out that i want my blog to hit the big time. But unfortunately for me, i'm still a long way from achieving that. I have never heard of this before but to hit the big time, you have to avoid the 7 deadly sins of blogging. After reading it, i realised that i've sinned. Too much =(

I have nothing against free blog hosting services like Blogger, Live Journal, or TypePad. If you are doing it just for fun, or just want to give blogging a try, these services are highly recommended. For those of us that take blogging a little more seriously, I think it is essential to run a good blog software with your own domain name and professional hosting.

Its all about passion, commitment, desire and most importantly, how to blog good.

One thing that struck me about many of the articles I was reading is that, while very helpful, they were primarily concenred with the mechanics of blogging. This post will explore what I believe is the single most important aspect of any blog’s longevity and popularity, the content or what you actually write. You can go ahead and hang neat toys on your blog. You can go ahead an increase your blogs SEO, but if your blog is as interesting to read as a sixth grade history textbook then it’s all for naught. Been quite happening the past weekend. Met up with Ed after a long time. And although it was only the two of us(Thou Leong decided to abandone us) i thought we had fun haha I know this sounds gay but we're not. Period. Caught Saw II and i thought it was good. Contrary to what people said(that Saw is better than Saw II) i thought both movies were good. My rating: 8/10 For those who haven't watched it, its much more gory than the first one and there are twists too. Saturday morning, as usual met up with Alvin for our routine gym workout. Planned to meet up with Ed but he had to go to his grandma's place. So, my only plan for saturday night was to go down to Fluid's Bar to catch West Ham vs Newcastle with my newcastle mates. In the end, the match was postponed for a half an hour and ESPN decided to show the game at 1.00am. What the fuck. Had a glass of whisky dry(to calm myself down) and went home straight to watch it. Pbbtt... On sunday, had potluck at my Elsa's place. Everyone brought lots of food and we had lunch for almost 4 hours. No shit man. The only thing missing was liquor. Guys, can we have liquor next time? Haiz. Overrun my budget for this month liao. How to watch King Kong sia. Think i can't go out next week but see how la.
